@VirginMoney Each time its asked for payment to be authorised on virgin APP which i do then when return to retailer site nothing happens no payment is made
@VirginMoney is there a problem with making payments to online retailers ? Gets as far as authorising on APP then nothing after. No payment made . Tried its numerous times over past couple of weeks on both current and card cards. Yet my starling one no problem at all . Any ideas
@VirginMoney Yes both ..I tried adding my current account card to a parking payment app last week and would not allow it after authorisation on app , then today iv tried making a payment to a holiday agent using credit card and wouldn't do anything after authorisation on APP ?

@AskVirginMoney Tried changing password, even using forgotten password link code sms and just keeps coming up with oops message and takes me back to pass code login page , also got an app error message saying virgin money app keeps stopping .
