Hivemind completed its first flight test aboard Anduril’s YFQ-44A aircraft for the @usairforce’s Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) program. 設備の立ち上げで起こる不具合を、不運の連続と捉えるか、事前に潰せた成果と捉えるかという意識の差は、結果に大きな影響を与えるぞ。

執拗に設計内容の確認を行い、泥くさく不具合に向き合い潰しこむことはとても大事だ。

実際問題として、不具合ゼロというのはありえないからだ。

大なり小なり不具合は発生していて、計画的または、臨機応変に対応がされているものだと知ること。
その気づきで、スタート地点に立ったと言ってもいいんだぞ。

承認された設計データだとしても、隙間時間に再度確認するんだ。
できれば、数日間空けて確認するほうがいい。

なぜ、こんなところを見落としてたのかという気づきの積み重ねは、自分の自信ともなる。

炎上案件に共通するのは、不運じゃない。
前回うまくいった実績という油断や
DRの通過儀礼化、納期優先の風潮、
そして、誰も前提を疑わないことに多い。

成功とはミスがないことじゃない。
ミスを乗り越えたことだ。

そのためにはミスに気づくことを仕組みとする必要がある。

朝、母ちゃんから、帰りに牛乳を買うよう頼まれたら、昼間に一度、他に買うものが無いかを聞いてみる。

それができるか、できないかだ。
俺は確認しなくて良いと思ってしまった。

だから失敗した。

時間を置く、あえて聞く、それが気づきにつながる。

単純なことなんだぞ。
