Seems to have solved my case, got a refund back on the way. Hopefully nothing wrong happens on future guest with the host ads. It unsafe for the public that rents and not aware of situations that will encounter.

The ad should be remove or at least fixed, having clear words of situation of the house.

Thanks Airbnb to look into that issue explained since Sunday 3rd and getting an answer Friday 8th

I rented a house and I was supper directly what I was looking for and what I needed.

Getting to the house. The house was completely open in the surrounding. No fences at all.

The listening says “pet allowed”, but how is it a pet friendly Airbnb where I can’t leave my dog on the patio safe. Any creep person can enter easily and hurt me or my dog. And aggressive neighbors dog can ran into the property.

This is insane. I texted, I called, Airbnb said can’t do anything and the host said won’t send my refund.

This is stealing money. This is stealing Airbnb reputation.

If after the first contact the host inform, my house isn’t fenced at all. I would look for something else. The host knew what was doing. How can charge me for something they can’t offer.

I need it reported,
I need it to be refunded
I need it to be fixed and even removed from Airbnb listening.

How families can rent it and dogs and kids. Any creep person can pass between brushes and do a bad thing.

Hey hey, I still waiting for 100% refund. This host has fail, how can

1st pet be allowed.
2nd me be charged for 5x pet fee
3rd no pets can be left outside on the patio as it is completely open to the streets and public.

As the photos shows. Its is clearly not FENCED AT ALL, and around the house is all open too.

Will you fix this robbery that just happened on a property listened on your platform.

Host isn’t willing to give any money back.
Airbnb should remove this host from the platform. It could have been a big problem happening on the property, where the host listened as a pet allowed. And no pets can be left on the patio was it is completely open.

The house has “important” notes about “leaf” on the pool, but have informed at all an extreme important thing.

pet allowed and BE AWARE HOUSE NOT FENCED AT ALL.

How can charge me a dog fee for pet and I can’t leave my pets safe on the patio and even any creep person can walk into the property passing by the bushes and or the massive gap connecting directly to the streets with cars passing up and down
