My voting recommendations for the May 26th Texas Republican Primary Runoff elections (for voters in the Greater Houston/Harris County Region) can be found at my website blog via the link, below, and the connected posts to this one.
This will be a very low-turnout election to decide the future of Texas leadership, so your vote can be the difference! I urge you to make the effort to vote for these candidates. Early voting starts tomorrow (May 18th) and runs through Friday, May 22nd.

@dallasnews I cannot understand the reasoning behind a Republican who screams about plaintiff's lawyers and frivolous lawsuits and then still supporting Ken Paxton. At least the plaintiff's lawyers bear their own expenses. Ken Paxton makes the State of Texas pay for his.
It's sad to see Ken Paxton making a mockery out ot the Texas Office of the Attorney General. Since he lags so badly in fundraising, he uses the official resources of OAG to continually issue press releases w/sensational headlines touting his random, mostly-unfounded, lawsuits or investigations. He'll later quietly withdraw the action or falsely claim victory, or get slapped down for having no standing or jurisdiction. -- A complete waste of Texas taxpayer resources!

Senator @johncornyn (R-TX) joined Hugh today to talk about his runoff race in Texas. Cornyn won round one but has to close the deal in the runoff in May. The hard truth is he that Senator Cronyn beats the Democrat Talarico easily in November but Talarico can beat Ken Paxton. Texas Republicans can put the Senate majority at risk if they vote Paxton. Hopefully the GOP turns out in great numbers and renominates John Cornyn.

Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit claiming Texas was banning religious ads in the Driver’s Handbook which...
• doesn’t run ads
• has never run ads
• had no requests for ads
Now he’s dropped the case with zero explanation.
It was all for show.

@TexasGOPGC @TonyBuzbee2@realmitchlittle So, if Paxton is a victim of lawfare and has nothing to hide, why did he commit $6m in taxpayer dollars to avoid being deposed in the whistleblower lawsuit; why did he agree to community service and $300k in restitution to avoid deposition in his SEC case
Three wise men who make a significant contribution to the Houston/Harris County/Texas community! ... Yesterday at an event for @TwilaForHouston and @Flickingerhtx.
Great to see the results of Leo's and @TDHCA's efforts in expanding affordable housing opportunities in Texas! ... Also pleased to see Houston City Councilmember @TwilaForHouston there showing her continued support for housing in Houston!
It was a pleasure to take part in the ribbon cutting celebration for Houston's new affordable housing development, OST Lofts. This beautiful 130-unit complex is an effort of the ever-impactful non-profit @Tejanocenter , and incorporates an onsite pre-K RYSS Academy school . -- Congratulations to Dr. Adriana Tamez and Donna & Jamie Rickenbacker for making it happen!
While competitive tax credits were provided through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, the finance stack was a collaboration with federal, state, local and private sector contributors, including: U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Texas General Land Office, Harris County Housing Finance Corp., City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department, Harris County Housing & Community Development, Amegy Bank, National Equity Fund, Inc., and others.

Yes, the winning runners must still round all three bases and be counted at home plate after a walk-off home run in baseball.
