I love Serebii's webdesign and I honestly think it's a precious gem of early Internet that is still alive today.

@kenmartin73 In Ohio our Elected Officials just ignored it and put the map up anyways after the Supreme Court said it was unconstitutional. I say they ignore the court in Virginia and don't anyways..
