@HannahEdgeSPCP Agree context important but generally don’t switch to same 24hr dose ie replace mg/hr IV with driver but often same drugs - lower initial dosing and retitrate

@NabilahMayat There are many good recommendations here, however my advice would be, that when not at work, read whatever brings you joy and makes you laugh. You will learn so much from listening and being alongside people and their families in your placement .
