Completely disgusted with @EE - cancelled a contract in Dec. They sent me a cheque (for £25). In Feb I got a letter saying I owed them £25. Called them and asked why. FUCKERS SENT IT TO A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY. £25. Less than 3 months since I cancelled before the 14 day period!

If youre thinking of being self employed, dont use @Etsy they have zero customer service for sellers. Caused me to end up in the red giving customers refunds because they lived on the other side of the world and wouldn't wait for delivery. #Etsysucks

@virginmedia Who owns Ethernet cables these days? I've used WiFi since 2012 with no issues. And my phone wouldn't connect by cable anyways even if I had one.
