I’ve been flying @SouthwesAir for at least 25 years, been a RR Credit Card holder for over 10 years, and I’ve just used a $29.30 flight credit and $302.65 of my own money to purchase a flight. I need to change flt & now the credit expires Feb 3. I’d like to keep my $302.65 pls!
