Self-love leads us to make healthy choices that nurture our well-being. Learning to love yourself is the first step to leading a positive life. #edchat
I’m grateful for teachers who are willing to re-evaluate their philosophy and practice in order to serve students more effectively and more appropriately.
This is what professionals are supposed to do... but I don’t take it for granted.
Teachers... you are not ultimately responsible for the success of your students. But the research is clear: you ARE a crucial variable. There are times that your initiative, your compassion, and your perseverance, is what gives students the hope and the ability to keep pushing.

It’s tough right now.
We are showing up imperfectly, but we are showing up.
We are feeling ineffective, but we are learning and trying.
We are insecure and uncertain, but we care deeply.
My hope for all educators this weekend is that you rest and feel how deeply you matter.
PL w/ @ARTwithJessica was a success! What I saw...huge smiles; heard...eager participation; felt...engagement. This is what we can do for our Ss. Imagine the possibilities. Miss the live sessions? @COBB_ELA has got you! Recordings available. Reach out for info. @mandertons
Grateful for time to be transparent, inspired, and filled with opportunities to collaborate with @COBB_ELA chairs and coordinators! Thank you, @mandertons, for facilitating our meaningful dialogue and reflection.
