@MartinSLewis @IABinfo Applied online with NatWest and we were told it would take 5 days to hear back, it’s been about 10 days and nothing. I will be calling to chase, as mortgage has already been paid this month and takes up to 14 days to process!!! Not very quick, given the crisis many are in.

@VIPER_ONE_ZERO @OpenreachHelp Ours came back yesterday, so openreach must have sent an engineer, the lack of communication was shocking. No warning works we’re taking place and at a time we desperately needed service. I hope they sort for you quickly and we have no further problems. Service is needed.

@OpenreachHelp It has been from 11.47 yesterday morning. We have been told openreach are not contactable and at the moment, left like this!!!!!

@OpenreachHelp have not completed work in East Peckham (OD505) or communicated that they have left us in isolation. We are told they have gone home leaving us unable to maintain 2 businesses, unable to invoice, unable to use teaching apps, tv & apply for gov funding. 😡

@OpenreachHelp We have been told openreach have not finished work or responding to EE. We need the internet to work, we need to invoice clients, we need to apply for government funding, we have children of school age that need educational apps and at the moment we are told to use phone data!

Great news for freelancers - in response to the #COVID19 concerns, the government have announced a one year delay for the tax reform #IR35. A sensible approach given companies are facing such uncertainty. #IR35 will be delayed to April 2021
