If were to buy regular ticket is €1549. How I am using 43k avios and have to pay €1990?
In no circumstance should be more than the original price

I've been collecting points so I can get a fight or at least a discount, I have 44k avios but @British_Airways makes impossible. Is cheaper to pay the flights in full vs using 43.6k points + €1,990. What is the benefit of using the points?

@British_Airways In this case there are seats available to use the avios, but how come using 43k avios + cash be more expensive than the same flight in it original sales point? What is the REWARD here? original flights are €1549, part avios + 1990 = €411 extra for what?

I am abroad, need to access the app and there is an security update that leads to an invalid link. The security layer cannot be done and I don’t have access to my money. Everything is on the latest version and all, the problem isn’t on the users end.
