Making buyers write you an essay to see the product means the answer is already no.
We removed ours today. Every demo button books a call now.
Friction is where pipeline dies.
Nobody writes a 40-page strategy deck before hiring an assistant.
They hand over the keys, watch the first week, and correct what goes wrong.
Agents earn trust the same way. Give it the inbox, review the work, widen the scope. Onboarding beats architecture.

The main rule to grow your business is to give people more value than what they pay for.
Give them a reason to choose YOU instead of hundreds of competitors.
@BessemerVP The real headline here isn't the orchestrator or the AOP. It's that going agentic meant replacing ~60% of the team.
Legacy chatbot orgs don't upskill into agentic architecture, they get rebuilt studs-up, people included. That's the part "AI transformation" pitches skip.
@goyalshaliniuk The "AI agents vs agentic AI" distinction is mostly vocabulary theater. In production almost nobody draws this line. It's a continuum of autonomy, not two boxes. These taxonomy threads get more engagement than the actual architecture work ever will.
@kunalstwt Hot take: another "Agentic AI Summit" won't move this space forward as much as the marketing suggests. The teams actually shipping agentic systems are heads-down on reliability & evals, not on stage restating the same slides. Conferences lag capability, they don't lead it.
