A BIG thanks to Capital Pump, Ball Manufacturing staff, and Felix’s Leo Rios for responding to an emergency water main break at Ball Manufacturing on Saturday night. Ten hours later Ball was bottling products again. Felix’s crews will make a permanent fix on Monday.
