A shopkeeper in Kitengela, Kajiado County, is still shocked by how he was allegedly conned by a man he believes may have used scopolamine, also known as “Devil’s Breath.”

According to the shopkeeper, the man selected goods, and the shopkeeper gave him the goods together with KSh 900 in change. The man then complained that the goods were being sold at a higher price and returned the KSh 900 and the goods, claiming he wanted his KSh 1,000 back.

However, all this time, the man had not given the shopkeeper any money. The entire incident was captured on CCTV.
