From July 2023 to July 2024, the US population grew by 3.3 million, but all growth came from non-White groups.

Over the same period, the White population declined by 226,072, while the non-White population increased by 3.53 million. Latinos and Asians accounted for 86% of the net increase.

Whites, the founding population of America, are projected to become a minority by 2045. Among Generation Alpha (those born between 2010 and 2025), Whites make up only 48%.
