Rotura de ligamento cruzado anterior, por mecanismo de cajón anterior puro. Se aprecia la traslación anterior de tibia (y el sonido!!) cuando falla el #LCA. La rodilla no está muy diseñada para apoyo posterior en tibia con gran peso. Video de @FisioHockey
