@JDSports Placed an order to collect in store and nominated someone to pick up for me. They were refused the collection without "a photograph of card used to pay" despite providing proof of purchase and photo ID. Why was my parcel not released as per order instructions?

@asda can you explain to me why I (a 39 yo woman) was unable to buy the new COD game in-store because my 10yo son with me? Manager said I was buying it for my kid (I wasn't it was for my partner's birthday, he's 41 btw). I was buying and I'm well above the age restriction. WTH?
