@okiedokeylaw@DavidSGingras@CmBunchaNumbers@taraturai60952 It's also problematic that a Judge would insert an issue that was never raised during the trial of a case in an order. I can understand why there's a notice for a new judge.
@okiedokeylaw@DavidSGingras@CmBunchaNumbers@taraturai60952 The judge maybe could, but definitely shouldn't - and DEFINITLEY should not ascribe the "fact" that "pp is closed on Sunday" to a witness who never testified to that. Even if she had done her own research and taken judicial notice, she would have had to give the parties notice
@LethalLauren904 Make shredded chicken and eat it diffeeent ways through the week. Boneless Chicken breast, chicken broth, onions , garlic, herbs of your choice, a little vinegar salt and pepper and boil for 30-45 minutes or until the check is super tender . Pull out of the broth, shred. Eat
@LethalLauren904 Chicken cutlets pounded thinner, salt & pepper or adobe. Sliced onions, sweat sliced onions with a little oil and lime, when they are nice and soft, a little carmalized, take half out. cook chicken with the rest of the onions . Serve over salad
@DavidSGingras@kaylenax Laura admitting that she lied about evidence is no admission at all while she’s still lying about being pregnant in the first place. (I know you have a different position, but that certainly explains the public’s difference in opinion about CE’s admission and LO’s
@DavidSGingras@kaylenax CE admitted he lied & made amends for it connecting her to the seller & waving commission Laura had not admitted that she lied about being pregnant - so her ‘admission’ of lies about evidence is skirting the real issue of the fake pregnancy. See the diff?
@DavidSGingras@Pragmaticgal@itgoatee I guess my actual question would be why did you feel the need to assign a motive to what you believe is Judge Mata’s judicial misconduct/bias? I’m probably phrasing that poorly
@DavidSGingras@Pragmaticgal@itgoatee Sooooo I’ll accept your explanation that it was a reference to Pinocchio (the time actually rings the same) , but a footnote would have been appropriate, or you could have made the point without the …. Insult to the Court - in the form of judge Mata.
@Flipdoodle@MeganFoxWriter I feel the same way - I'm not trying to impugn anyone, just trying to be intellectually honest and fair, even if I dislike a litigant, and agree with the rulings if not the procedure LOL
@MeganFoxWriter@Flipdoodle I don't think its a big deal that an error is corrected, I think it could be argued that its a big deal that she says she was "unaware of the Notice that revoked her authority". Maybe she meant that she was "unaware that the Notice revoked her authority."
@MeganFoxWriter@Flipdoodle Yikes now I'm confused. In the Motion she ruled on then vacated, he referenced the Notice, multiple times, and incorporated it by reference (really requiring her to read it - if I'm being honest) and it was pending on this case docket.
@christyh816@MeganFoxWriter Yes, but the Motion she ruled on and unruled that did go to her referenced the Notion many times, incorporated it in by reference, and advised in the motion that it was on this case's docket and would be helpful to review. And, as we happen to know, it was on the docket.
