Lately I've been making it a point to seek positivity and find find the bright side to the happenings in my life.
As difficult as it is on days when my depression takes over, overall it has help me tons.
I'm having fewer down days than I normally would.
My judging of others correlates directly to how I'm feeling at the time.
When I'm happy and content, I think positively of others.
When feeling down and "in my feelings", I tend to find negativity in even the most trivial of things.
