Hi @auspost I had a parcel sent from the US on Nov 3 that had only arrived in Melbourne on Jan 5, but as of today it’s showing that it’s “awaiting international departure”. Does that mean it’s outbound? Let me know if I can DM with the tracking number. Thanks.
