@mephistophalic Currently sleeping on a fake futon (basically a 3 inch foam block with a cover instead of a handcrafted Japanese mattress) and it's still way better than the last bed I had.

During the day I can roll it up, stuff it in the corner, and have enough room to do some yoga.

Three years since I was studying interesting doorways in Nepal.

Nepal was cool. The mix of Buddhism and Hinduism, the shrines everywhere.

Though I did run out of money and have to live on a diet of sel roti and rice and lentils for two months. About a dollar per day.

@ForgottenWarPic My grandfather fought in the Korean War. Two of the five pictures we have of him are of him posing next to tanks and trucks over there.

He moved back to Connecticut and worked as a lineman. Was the strongest man in town. Died when my father was young.

This is pretty insane. How about no knives for everyone, and if you can’t deal with it, you don’t go to the stadium? Why is Britain bending over to such bad ideas?
