老大可以试着从自己的角度看，比如如果ta怎么想，我会怎么样。而不是我怎么做，ta会怎么想。
当然以上都是我自己的方法，老大还是要根据自己情况来看，希望能帮到老大🥰

@Shuishui0319 老大有问题一定要提出来，我也经历过这样的焦虑，我认为最重要的是沟通和自我调节。如果你认为对方可能不喜欢某些方面，就与对方明确，双方都可以试着改变。
还有老大，这种思维是内化的，光改变条件是不够的，主要是改变思维模式，试着先为自己考虑。
在你仍不知事实的情况下为何要提前给自己压力呢？
