@CLomas23@aakashgupta@grok When the youth player signs his first pro contract, yes—the team that acquires him pays a transfer fee to the academy that he came from. This incentivizes the academy to prioritize talent/skill only, not just profit max off their parents. It also produces the best players 🤷♂️
@DJC3000@utdBrett Other half of the problem right there... even at the highest level, the coaching and development is nowhere near top footballing nations and the desired outcome is different. Here, The end goal/product they sell is to get you recruited at a D1 university
@zozomilligram@DaMidgetZimbo No they are not 😂 many of them are from well into his time there and he greatly benefited. I know it’s hard to keep straight there are so many… I also can’t stand PSG and hate Chelsea from the Abromovich era. All shameless criminal sport-washing. Unlike Arsenal, a proper club
@zozomilligram@DaMidgetZimbo You’re allowed to spend when the UAE fraudulently injects money into the club disguised at legitimate sponsorship deals.* Also: under the table payments to players, coaches and staff, alongside 10+ years of failing to supply documentation to prove their innocence 😂 criminal club
@NotSlotaClue@RobertoKylos You’re really splitting hairs here, for what? Engagement? Congrats you got it. If 19M difference is how you cope with Liverpools 25/26 title defense then by all means… proceed
@ArsenalN7 While I agree on this one, can say the exact same with the Havertz challenge. We were quite fortunate to have been on the forgiving end of the blindness in that instance… PGMOL seems to really loosen its standards/strictness come the final 5-6 match weeks 🤷♂️
@OrevaZSN My cat spends 10-15 hours per day outside and covers 3-4 miles on average. He’s an absolute beast. He sleeps with us every night, but wakes me up at 4:30am to let him back out. I oblige because he’s my world and I wouldn’t want to deprive him of his daily sunrise adventure
