@RoyalMail appalling customer service. 40min wait to speak to some1. Line disconnected while explaining the issue. Called again, 35 min wait to speak to the least helpful person on the planet. Asked to be put through the feedback line. He says “sure”, & cuts line; no feedback 😡

@RoyalMailHelp we sent a “signed for” parcel to Germany on 8.6.20 with gifts for a newborn in the family. Tracking says DELIVERED but the parcel has not been received by recipient. There is no signature on the website and all neighbours have been checked. NO SIGN OF IT.

@SixtDE dropped car back today at MUC. No Sixt staff available to receive the car. We were told to leave car keys in car. Took photos to confirm car returned full tank and condition as received, undamaged.
