I’m a globalist. I waited 30 minutes on the phone for emails I had going back and forth for 2 weeks about a booking and the concierge went missing for a week. And all I got was a the will email me again. Is this right? She did t even care. Does my loyalty not matter?

@FlyFrontier after my experience 4-5 months ago when my flight got cancelled and the reply to me was, seems like a you problem it seems fitting that this is the experience people have, funny part is i had to also jump on @JetBlue to get to my vacation I had planned.
