@GerryKeogh_ Theres been roughly the same amount of deaths caused by cattle in the uk since 2001 as there has by dogs. Under 100 confirmed deaths in 20 years. 5 a year. It's a very low figure.
We are urgently seeking homes for 4 XL bully type dogs. It will be illegal for us to rehome them if they don’t have homes by 23 February. They have been thoroughly assessed by our behaviour team over a period of months, microchipped, neutered and given a clean bill of health:
Watching #WelcomeToWrexham ep where @RMcElhenney and Ryan Reynolds try to understand #leasehold. My face when McElhenney said 'we're trapped'. Paying 100k pa to a freeholder yet unable to make any updates to the stadium... #leaseholdreform
It's sick! Private companies are rubbing their hands at the prospect of making a profit off the back of desperate patients being forced to wait months, if not years, for treatment. Join me in fighting for the future of our #NHS : https://t.co/7shBjPLPFH
'Cleverly told some female guests there that "a little bit of Rohypnol in her drink every night" was "not really illegal if it's only a little bit".'

If #RishiSunak does not sack James Cleverly as Home Secretary after these comment, he is confirming the #Tory as misogynistic, with no interest in addressing the appalling increase in #violenceagainstwomen - not a joking matter!!!

Not surprising seeing as both building materials and design has been proven many times across many developments to be unsuitable and unsafe, making buyers' lives miserable and at risk #buildingsafetycrisis
We've hung our monstrous sign!
4 years of our lives and £300k fighting our developer and warranty provider who've subjected us to emotional and financial abuse.
We're out of options, step up @Keir_Starmer; how do you plan to run this country when you can't fight for us?
@michaelgove@EOCS_Official The point @michaelgove is that we should not do your govt’s work day in and day out. Your laws should be fit for purpose and protect ALL leaseholders/ tenants in unsafe buildings.
🧵🪡
Yesterday evening a balcony collapsed in onto the street in my apartment building, just 4 years after construction.
The building, whose freeholder is Barking & Dagenham Council, was constructed by @BouyguesUK on behalf of @lbbdcouncil ‘s social and affordable housing company, BD Reside.
All 414 properties are now considered “unsafe” and we will need to erect scaffolding in across the entire estate to keep ourselves and the public safe.

1/12 Yet more specious garbage from the vampiric freeholder lobby.
They say commonhold directors must have appropriate qualifications and training if it is going to work.
But why not apply that to freeholders and managing agents across the board?
This is a hugely important book about an untold history of how poorer people in Britain have suffered throughout the 20th century for the state's repeated failure to take fire risks seriously, sometimes even after a disaster. Pleased to support its launch
