@NoJetsTO @g_meslin I’ve got more bad news for you. It’s impossible to delver the stated passenger goal with just one runway. At present YYZ can handle diversions due to crosswinds. Impossible at higher volumes. Ergo, additional runway. Explains expropriation of entire island chain.
