No, @JennyGilruthMSP.
What's causing "fear and alarm" is mass uncontrolled migration, open borders and a government more interested in prioritising strangers over Scots.
Glaswegians are fed up with Ivory Tower politicians sweeping into our city and lecturing us.
An imam at Glasgow’s Al-Mahdi Islamic Centre wept on Iranian TV as he mourned the ayatollah in Tehran.
This is the same centre given almost £400k of taxpayers' cash by the SNP.

It shouldn’t be a crime to wish ill on somebody, we should have free speech in this country. But I sincerely hope that @PoliceScotland now apply that principle equally, with no two-tier policing. They have, after all, conceded to me that that didn’t always happen in the past.
@aberdeenuni
Heather Herbert’s arrogant response in The National says it all: the backlash is “hugely overblown,” it’s just “silly season,” and how dare anyone involve the university.
No apology. No shame. Just a man who celebrated an elderly woman’s murder by hoping she died in extreme pain, “handcuffed to the bed screaming in agony” — then played the victim when held accountable.
This is the same individual who’s campaigned to invade women’s spaces.
Your “zero tolerance” Gender Based Violence policy is exposed as meaningless if you shelter someone like this.
Dismiss him immediately and publicly. Anything less shows exactly where Aberdeen University stands on violence against women. https://t.co/83KCPCtKcy
I wrote to the University of Aberdeen this morning
An employee wished “extremely painful death” on Ann Widdecombe & hoped she “screamed in agony” while handcuffed to her bed
I have sent this letter demanding:
• Full investigation
• Immediate suspension or dismissal
• A public statement condemning the vile rhetoric
Universities cannot allow this hatred

The public is watching

I'm confused. If immigrants are such an economic benefit to the UK, working in vital jobs and paying tax, why on earth would they need to claim any benefits? 🤷🏻♀️
The missing funds just keep growing.
£1.5 million anomalies in Yes Scotland accounts now under police investigation, on top of Murrell’s £400k+ embezzlement and the £667k “ring-fenced” Indy2 cash that Swinney has now admitted was spent on ordinary party business.
Swinney seriously expects us to believe this was all down to one rogue man? Pull the other one.
The former Yes Scotland marketing director has just confirmed Murrell called every single shot, controlled the donations and the funds, and nothing happened in that campaign without his direct instruction or agreement.
So, Yes Scotland was basically another SNP front, and the “independent” campaign cash was under the same tight control as the party’s own accounts.
This is the same SNP that lost track of nearly £5 billion in COVID business support funding.
Watchdogs and Audit Scotland were left with massive data gaps and couldn’t properly say where the money meant for struggling Scottish firms actually went. Transparency? None.
And spare a thought for the £98 million handed to the Scottish Government years ago specifically to strip dangerous cladding from high-rise blocks.
Work has barely started on a handful of buildings, almost nothing is finished, and residents are still living with the risk while the cash sits idle or unaccounted for in glacial “progress.”
SNP: serial mismanagers (at best) of other people’s money — donors’ Indy cash, pandemic aid for businesses, and public safety funds for people’s homes.
Swinney’s “it was all one bad apple” line is an insult to everyone’s intelligence.
Time for a full, independent forensic audit of the lot. No more secrecy, no more deflection. The public and donors are owed real answers.

The issuer of that vile statement is a man, as anyone with even 1% vision could tell you. Specifically, he’s a man who said he hoped she died handcuffed to a bed and screaming in agony.
Another victory for the FREEDOM OF SPEECH Group.
Labour must be getting really pissed off that their attempt to control the Narrative is failing.
📣🚨 FSU Victory!!
The Free Speech Union has just heard from South Wales Police that it has withdrawn its guidance on “anti-Muslim hostility”.
The force had effectively adopted its own Islamic blasphemy law, instructing officers to record any conversation that went beyond “legitimate” discussion of Islam.
Under this guidance, criticism of Islam could have been recorded as an anti-social behaviour incident and potentially appeared on DBS checks, affecting someone’s ability to work as a teacher, carer, or in other regulated professions.
South Wales Police has backed down because the Free Speech Union threatened them with a judicial review if it chose to press ahead with the policy.
The force has described this move as a “pause” to the guidance — but we think it is highly unlikely to return.
We must also thank Shadow Equalities Minister Claire Coutinho for referring South Wales Police to the Equality and Human Rights Commission after we brought this issue to her attention.
Blasphemy laws were abolished by Parliament 18 years ago. We must not allow them to return through the back door.
Let this be a warning to any other public body — particularly police forces — considering the adoption of its own blasphemy laws.

Andy Burnham will be Prime Minister this time next week. The TV platforms are being erected now in Downing St for the Press to film it all.
But we know very little about his plans.
Even tonight’s leadership hustings when Labour MPs can ask Burnham questions are online and in private.
If the Tories did this, the Left would be correctly in uproar. More at @GBNEWS.
🚨🇬🇧Northern Ireland police have released guidance saying that the following Christian acts can be a CRIME if they accidentally influence a bystander about abortion:
- carrying a Bible through a public area in a hospital
- praying, upon request, with a dying patient

Why hasn’t the Aberdeen University employee been fired on the spot for saying of Ann Widdecombe’s murder; “ I hope it was an extremely painful death. I hope she was handcuffed to the bed and screamed in agony.”
The employee, Heather Herbert, a transgender web developer, made the vile social media attack on Friday and unbelievably hasn’t even been suspended.
The useless university, funded by our taxes , says they are investigating.
What the f++k is there to investigate? She said it and she should have been kicked out on the spot
Or do the people running the university agree with the employee. Do tell.
The community in NEILSTON have just executed another eviction from a Glasgow street.
A family of migrants related to a charged sex offender has been removed under heavy police protection.
Brits do not want these people living on our streets.
Simple.
"For sake of transparency, it is important to note that the Weirs donated directly £3.5million to Yes, starting in August 2012, and certainly not via the SNP.”
So Yes Scotland Limited received £3.5 million just from the Weirs yet only £2.4 million in total is mentioned in the Yes Scotland Limited accounts. So the unaccounted sum is more than £1.5 million?
Shadow Directors? Money unaccounted for misleading accounts? No wonder they don't want an inquiry.
🚨 NEW: An Aberdeen University employee is being investigated after saying she hoped Ann Widdecombe suffered an "extremely painful death”
"I hope she was handcuffed to the bed as she screamed in agony"
