Since 45 to 50 percent of the population has MTHFR variants, many may be more vulnerable without knowing it. Autism is not caused by Tylenol alone, but genetics, folate metabolism, environmental toxins, and medications together may contribute to developmental challenges.
The confusion over Tylenol and autism often gets politicized, but the issue deserves a factual, science based discussion. Autism is a genetic neurotype, though genetics also create vulnerabilities.
This has led researchers to study possible links between frequent maternal Tylenol use and developmental outcomes like ADHD or autism. Findings are not conclusive but suggest Tylenol may act as a risk factor in combination with genetic and environmental influences.
So when I saw this quote, it hit home:
“Don’t be afraid to start all over again. You may like your new story better.”
If you’re standing at a crossroads, scared to begin again know this ➡️Starting over isn’t failure. Sometimes, it’s where your real story begins.
A few years ago, I felt stuck like I was living a version of life that no longer reflected who I was becoming. Letting go of the path I was on wasn’t easy. It meant walking away from comfort, routine, and even some expectations I had set for myself.
But I chose to start over.
And you know what? That decision became the most freeing, transformative step I’ve ever taken. The new chapter wasn’t perfect but it was mine. More aligned. More honest. And ultimately, more fulfilling.
Without understanding where you come from, you lose sight of where you stand. And without knowing where you stand, your path forward remains unclear.
