@canadapostcorp As an advocate for user experience, if you're going to push people to an online form (e.g. mail forwarding) make sure it works. If it doesn't work and your error message says "Please call us" make sure the call center can help. My 3rd attempt is now in-store :(

@TorontoPolice @cityoftoronto Curious re: snow protocol for street parking. On Runnymede, the plows clear walks/street/bike lanes but push immovable piles of snow into our only parking options. If you can shovel, the choice is either back into the bike lane or sidewalk. Help!

@Staples Hi, sorry it wasn’t a return. I was just in store to pick up an online order. I had assumed this would be faster but not only did I wait in the same payment line when I did get to the front they said only a manager could do “online order pickup” so I waited even longer.
