@TahukanTV @sj_sinclair Volumetric lighting is about light "scattering" and effects based on it. Dust motes, sun rays, light shafts and the like.

This is about a way to do general lighting on surfaces and how bright those appear. It replaces light maps and exists alongside volumetrics.

1.15.X Optifine is pretty close at this point, and 1.16.X optifine shouldn't drag on anywhere close to as long as 1.15.X did (since it doesn't have sweeping rendering changes.)

If you use a different phone you additionally get full-quality backups through Photos like Pixel users already have.

We live in a society where if the original developer does a subpar job with an IP, it's essentially held hostage by copyright law.

Without a game to fanboi over, customers can go elsewhere and buy a different game.
When you are a company making a product you need to make one that appeals to customers, or else it won't sell.

It is (primarily) the audience of Pokemon superfans who are speaking out and in doing so helping Nintendo identify what appeals to them. Constructive criticism.

This won't impact some people but there are *many* that it did. It means the series has lost the one thing that really made it stand out from others. 2/2

@Alfredont_ @Pokemon I understand where you're coming from but from where I sit the lack of national Dex *is* a problem. The big thing that separated Pokemon from other Monster Collector games at the time was being able to trade monsters with your friends and bring them forward to the new games. 1/2
