@HastingsDirect 7 weeks into an ongoing claim which has been marred with lies and misinformation along with the statement ‘People and their belongings are not our concern, only the vehicle’. I’ve never been so appalled by service from a company

@thathollyperson @northernassist @RailRunnerDan What a ridiculous excuse. I was waiting for this train to go to Bolton and ended up driving instead. How can a level crossing fault 45 miles away cause an issue in Heald Green. Even the staff at the station were surprised when the train went straight through.

@virginmedia Pretty sure you should be refunding everyone who you sold this to automatically. I don’t want to call in to try and explain this. Would also suggest offering those who bought it a free copy through store?
