@ScotRail I tried to get a refund last night for my return journey- the app says it can’t refund for the ticket yesterday which was Inverness to Aberdeen but the train only got as far as Insch then took us back to Inverness- I need the whole trip refunded, how can I get this? #StormGerrit

@FirstAberdeen charged me £2.85 to travel from Holborn Junction to Auchinyell Bridge on Saturday, a journey of 10mins. Bus driver did not seem to know where that was despite the bus destination being Auchinyell Bridge. Ridiculous price.
