@arianek I'm in one of the most populous metropolitan areas in the country. I saw one of the maybe 3? I've even found in the area. Took 2.5 years to reach her. I got suggestion for IV saline which would not have been covered by my insurance. Recommended against sfn biopsy. Worthless.

@DrMichaelScoma I strongly believe I am post-Covid small fiber neuropathic. Every neurologist I've seen in the last 5 years has told me that there was no need to do the punch biopsy because the treatment (gabapentin, duloxetine) would be identical. 5 years later and I'm progressing worse.
