@SamsungUK new tv purchased a week ago, set up & worked fine with samsung soundbar, then soundbar randomly stopped working. Tried reset and even factory reset - nothing works and TV doesn't recognise soundbar has even been turned on. Someone DM me to fix or I'm returning the tv.
