@simon_culling @withorpe No reservoirs have been built since privatisation, despite a growing need for better water supply. Profits given to shareholders should have been spent on infrastructure. Scottish Water is still public. They have the lowest leaks, lowest prices, and lowest mgt costs.

2) run it as a not-for-profit, reinvest surpluses into a chronically underfunded infrastructure.
