Neighbor wanted to sell their old 9370 and she sure did clean up good! Fresh paint on the wheels and exhaust pipe really sharpened her up. Love this model of Steiger. Wish it was dry enough to use the ol girl!
@agvance Check out our new software. I think it would integrate well into your system with providing the operations teams with estimates on how long jobs will take. And the times nurse trucks should be at rigs to tender them; or if they need more than one nurse truck to keep a rig moving.
Beta testing our new mobile version for yet another very narrow planting window. No-tilling some beans with our 20’ Kinze bean planter. Very time consuming. Nice to have the tool in my pocket! #agriculture#software#precisonag
Less severe after pollination but if the plants are absolutely loaded with them it can warrant a spray. If the plants are covered with them it’s my opinion they’re interrupting photosynthesis and also removing sugars, water, etc from those leaves. If just a few aphids I’d let it go.
@gwiesefarms I agree. The one with the tree-line that needs cleared. Or needs a big drainage ditch or two to fix the ponding issues. Needs land leveled from all the disk ridges. Fixing up a farm is very rewarding too
@AgPhDMedia Over applying N to my yard has been one of the worst things I’ve ever tried. Seems to make it less drought tolerant. Gave my front yard an extra shot of N last year. It died all over in the drought. Back yard with one shot of N, just fine.
@WallStreetMav Got a Master’s degree in agriculture with a focus in weed control. My fiancee got a PhD in the same thing. College was very worthwhile for us.
