Building @Recertia

[rob @FieldToFuture]

Recertia pre-release was shared this evening. It is a self-improving agent system. It solves tasks and distills what worked into reusable memory, getting faster and more reliable at similar tasks over time. Github: Rerecertia/recertia

@remotecleanguy I bought a 750XLi right before 3yr warranty expired. Learned from that financially. Otherwise, it was a driving machine.

That’s a great use of Grok. I’ve been researching new pre-published papers and then synthesizing concepts across these papers for my learning and potential inclusion in my apps. Using GrokBot and then Human Judgement to do this.

This week I have 4 conferences crossing AI/IOT, Chip Engineering/Chip Packaging, and a Medical Health Technology conference. These conferences are huge in size. Walked 6 miles yesterday alone at 2 of them and had an opportunity to meet many firms.

Next week is Sun Moon Lake in the mountains and Kenting National Park. Nature is calling.

If it weren’t for @bot @grok doing my translation in Taiwan, I would likely starve.

@learning_yohei Arabic and Chinese take time to learn. You have to know 100s of Chinese characters to read a news paper as an example.

Good Morning from Tainan Taiwan. Off to Taipei.

[rob @FieldToFuture]

This week I’m in Taipei on behalf of my newly hatched startup Recertia for a focused run of industry events centered around AI, edge computing, electronics, and digital health. The lineup includes EDGE AI Taipei, TAITRONICS, AIoT Taiwan, and the Taiwan Global Health and Welfare Forum (primarily in the Nangang area and at TICC).

If you’re attending any of these, feel free to DM me. It’s always good to connect in person.

• EDGE AI Taipei 2026: Oct 22–23 at Taipei International Convention Center (TICC).

• TAITRONICS & AIoT Taiwan (often presented together under the “Edge Intelligence Now” theme): Oct 20–22 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1 (TaiNEX 1). Official Chinese names: 台北國際電子產業科技展 / 台灣國際人工智慧暨物聯網展.

• 臺灣全球健康福祉論壇 (2026 Global Health and Welfare Forum in Taiwan): Oct 19–20 at TICC. Theme: “The Future of Global Care: Achieving Trust-Centric Digital Health”.

I was going to say retired as that is the case for me in November. But I would have to say my favorite job was a Chief Information Officer in Agriculture. Second to that is Transportation sector.

Now for retirement likely lecturer and researcher. Still building and implementing, while mentoring the next generation of students.

Took a high-speed rail in Taiwan covering
315.4 km (196.0 miles) for $34 USD equivalent in 1 hour and 40 min. Had 5G full bars all the way. Amazed and taking it all in. 🙂

[rob @FieldToFuture]

Arrived in Taipei after a 12 hour flight. Including other flight to SEATAC and long layover, 25 hours one-way. Now for a 2 hour high speed rail ride and 30 min Taxi ride to my destination. If all goes right, I will be feasting on Tainan specialties by noon. 🤤
