Stretch, walk, ⭐️ jump, skiprope, slow 15-30 min jog/fast 3-10min sprint. Channel excess energy. DM if you want to talk.

@lewisfieldhouse Complete and wilful misuse of statistics by the government. Clearly govt figures lack important context to compare better vs other countries. We don’t even have the data on context because-wait!-govt aren’t testing enough people. Good work by the ONS recording actual figures.

@lewisfieldhouse However I remember an argument for this that looks (and is) too good to be true at face value. Long time since I studied but C3 and C4 plants act differently with increased atmospheric CO2. I think C4 plants absorb/grow more. Can a real biologist help? @_LucyMcMahon?!
