@KhadiDon Povidone iodine mixed with water 50/50 for a nasal rinse. It will burn a bit, but only for a bit. Blow your nose. Put some Vicks deep inside both nostrils. Take a Claritan D, 2 Extra Strength Tylenol, and gargle with Listerine. Then go to sleep. You will feel better in the a.m.
