Shoddy customer service @romanoriginals, I bought a dress on line on 10th May, returned it on 16th May, as it was poor quality. So far no refund, no email acknowledgement, and no one to talk to as your phone lines don't work. I would like my money back please!

Really @EsteeLauderUK, is this youth dew powder puff worth £37? There's no instructions on how to open it and the powder gets everywhere, with no mesh. A total embarrassment, when I gave my 81 year old mother this for her mothers day day gift today!! A poor show 😔😩
