@YourSSE spent 2 months disputing a problem which still hasn’t been sorted. Have been given false information more than twice. Was told complaints department would contact me... They still haven’t. Actual con artists.
So @UberEats said they would refund me, didnt, so I had to contact PayPal as they refused to talk to me. Now they’ve charged me for the order again a month later 🙃 untrustworthy and unprofessional!!
@crownpaints I placed an order around the first week of April. I haven’t received any communication on the status of my order and now I’ve been trying to contact someone for two weeks now, to cancel this but haven’t got a reply.

Totally unacceptable that staff members at @WholeFoodsUK thought it was okay to call my mum “Chinese” and a corona virus carrier. Racist behaviour should not be accepted anywhere.
@RUSHHairBeauty customer service is so shit! Imagine being conned out of money for a service I didn’t want and them refusing to give me a refund, instead trying to sell it to me again. It feels like I’m talking to a robot as I’m getting nowhere.
