@pro_worrier_ Before surgery: borrow equipment (shower stool etc); buy/borrow an ice machine (cryocuff); book physio; have a daily checklist for care; clean your home: it’s hard sitting and seeing the sun come through dirty windows. Keep busy eg Netflix, books, and projects to work on.
