@laurxn97@virginmedia@virginmedia Why are you claiming your internet is 99.96% reliable? That's very wrong. Negative 99.96% is probably more accurate. Stop trying to fool people.
@virginmedia@CraigRyan1986 Stop saying sorry. Its just a typed word to you. You are NOT sorry for anything. If you was, 99% of these tweets would not exist. Stop using fake terms to deal with people paying YOU money.
@badassscotsman@virginmedia I can't say that surprises me Jim. Complaints are not dealt with properly with Virgin. @Ofcom Need to take a serious look at how Virgin Media deals with things.
@DubtricksGaming@virginmedia That is VERY incorrect. Who told you this? It's on their own terms and conditions on their website. Don't be fooled by their lies. They are awful for it.
@DubtricksGaming@virginmedia if you upgraded because your contract was ending then i would imagine you agreed a new one & would have a 14 day cooling off period.
@Heyydemonss@virginmedia Best thing you can do is leave. You'll probably be waiting at least another hour on the phone, Or it will just suddenly cut off and you would of wasted all that time. Virgin are crafty and cutting people off in the queue
@virginmedia@DubtricksGaming Tut tut!!!! VIRGIN MEDIA, Answer the customers question! Why would you flat out ignore it? Is there a cooling off period when a customer changes package?
@ConnorHerd88@virginmedia It is what you want Virgin, Slow everyone's speeds down and profit from it. Connor, register this with ofcom scheme, if Virgin fail to meet the guaranteed speeds after 30 days monitoring you have the right to end your contract without penalty. Virgin won't tell you this.
@badassscotsman@virginmedia Speed issues again @virginmedia? Jim, register this with ofcom scheme and if after 30 days monitoring they can't meet the guaranteed speeds you can leave contract early without fee.
@virginmedia@skmum83 Kim,
Be sure to check that virgin are meeting the guaranteed speed offered with your broadband. If they don't upon 30 day monitoring they must let you leave your contract without penalty.
@virginmedia@kash1504 Kellie,
If you have any speed issues with your broadband you may be able to use the ofcom scheme to leave your contract early. Might be worth checking if they are meeting the guaranteed speeds advertised.
@Asifiqb17137228@virginmedia@virginmedia What level of service do you aim to provide then? Because this seems quite the normal level of service for anyone connected with Virgin Media.
