If someone is transgender then they are amazing and transgender people who have taken them look amazing for it. But like anything to do with trans stuff the Drs need to be sure before they proceed. If I saw a man in a female loo I wouldn't like it...but from the comments of some people on Twitter they would regard me as a Male. I would not be comfortable using a Male toilet...

However people that are living in their preferred gender should be able to get a GRC and use the toilet of their gender. My replies 2/3

@STILLTish @Glinner @JonnnyBest @Docstockk @MRKHvoice Are that of someone who is living in my preferred gender....if I go out one day dressed androgynous then I do not use a toilet and I have intact got a radar key to use disabled toilets if I am desperate and in that position.
