@NYCMayor NYC DEP wanted to charge me $18.79 for using my credit card to pay my water bill. That is unfair. Why DEP cannot charge a flat fee of $2 to $3 like others Utilities Companies do. I lowered my tenant rent by $150.00 until Aug. Why DEP can't charge a flat fee like.
