This account aligns with testimonies from researcher Dr. David Jacobs, and experiencers like Whitley Strieber and Karla Turner, who consistently describe Greys as the architects of hybridization programs.

It is worth noting that the Oommoans themselves never explicitly attributed hybridization to the Grays:
In tweet 312-121, they instead describe hybridation experiments led by the Ori-Tau, and refer to the Nazca mummies (F.E. Maria) as evidence of such morally questionable genetic manipulation. This clarification introduces another point of divergence between governement led disclosure narratives and Oommoan testimony.
