It presented itself as a secular state modeled after European nations that shared all the West’s principles. This was a blatant attempt to ignore the Palestinian cause, diminish its role in the region, and subsume it under the threats coming from Iran.

A senior military source told Al Mayadeen that the Yemeni Armed Forces have expelled "militias affiliated with Saudi-backed forces from the Maqbanah and al-Mawasit districts in Taiz Governorate."

The source revealed that the YAF have "liberated more than 2,000 square kilometers" in the governorate and reached the residence of Presidential Leadership Council Chairman Rashad al-Alimi.

They also stressed that "the general amnesty in #Taiz remains in effect," asserting that the "areas captured by the forces are experiencing stability."

- Jabalia Camp and Beit Hanoun: Carrying out two complex operations.
The first involved storming a newly established military position in Jabalia Camp and eliminating five soldiers at point-blank range, setting a Merkava tank and its crew on fire, and targeting a military jeep with hand grenades.
The second took place in Beit Hanoun, where a sniper and his assistant were shot dead, and the force was targeted with five “TBG” anti-personnel projectiles. The enemy acknowledged the deaths of two soldiers and the serious wounding of 10 others from the Netzah Yehuda Battalion.
January 2, 2025
- Beit Hanoun: Targeting a house in which an advancing force had taken shelter with an anti-fortification projectile, causing the house to collapse and leaving its occupants dead and wounded. The enemy acknowledged the deaths of five soldiers and the serious wounding of eight others.
January 6, 2025
- Beit Hanoun: Directly detonating an anti-personnel device against a force from the “Granite 932” Battalion as it advanced, then finishing off the remaining soldiers at point-blank range. The operation killed a company commander, his deputy, and several soldiers.
January 8, 2025
- Central Beit Hanoun: Destroying a tank belonging to a company commander in an armored battalion with a highly explosive device, causing its turret to separate and killing its entire crew. A reinforcement force was then targeted with an anti-personnel device, and a minefield was detonated among several enemy vehicles.

These specialized operations, pure blood, and the legendary steadfastness of the people shattered the enemy’s pride, and the “Generals’ Plan” ended in failure.

The enemy neither managed to destroy the Resistance nor to deport the steadfast people. Instead, life returned to northern Gaza, despite the enemy and its generals. What remains under its occupation will one day be reclaimed, not only in the north or south of the Strip, but throughout all of Palestine.

This is a divine promise that will undoubtedly be fulfilled:
“Allah has promised those among you who believe and do righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession upon the earth, just as He granted succession to those before them.”

Al-Qassam Brigades published a detailed field report examining how the Resistance and the steadfastness of the Palestinian people thwarted the Generals’ Plan, documenting the heroic operations carried out by Al-Qassam fighters in northern Gaza and the failure of the occupation’s attempts to forcibly displace the population and crush the Resistance.

On a land that exudes dignity and honor, and within the pages of a glorious history, our fighters and the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip are writing an epic of steadfastness and resilience that words cannot describe.
When the most brutal instruments of Zionist-American oppression are mobilized against them, and the stages of the war of genocide and ethnic cleansing converge through systematic plans of starvation and forced displacement, foremost among them the desperate “Generals’ Plan” devised by retired General Giora Eiland, who boasted of his threats that Hamas “would be forced either to surrender or starve to death, and that the population would not even find a drop of water to survive,” the people of Gaza have transformed their legendary steadfastness and the pure blood of their sons into fuel for the dignity of an entire nation. Through their steadfastness, they thwarted the occupier’s plans.
The winds on the battlefield blew contrary to the invaders’ wishes. Here is the enemy itself, reluctantly acknowledging, through its experts and officials, the bitter truth: “It is correct to say, with great sadness, that [Israel] failed to implement its plans, and we cannot escape the conclusion that Hamas imposed most of its will upon us.”
It was a battle for existence and dignity, at whose threshold the enemy’s arrogance crumbled. The arms of the Resistance fighters proved that no matter how thick the dust of battle becomes, it cannot erase the identity of a land whose people have decided to remain alive; that the determination of free people is harder than the occupiers’ iron; that freedom is won at the edge of the sword; and that the nation’s holy sites are too precious to be bargained away.
The following is a field assessment of the details of the “Generals’ Plan,” how the Resistance confronted it, and the epics of sacrifice and steadfastness it wrote in northern Gaza.

The Generals’ Plan
In September 2024, criminal Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed, during a closed session, a military strategy prepared by a number of senior retired Zionist officers under the leadership of his senile general, Giora Eiland. It became known as the “Generals’ Plan.”
The plan aimed to forcibly displace the civilian population, establish full control over northern Gaza, and declare it a closed military zone by imposing a comprehensive siege and using starvation as the principal means of exerting pressure to force displacement and pressure the Resistance, in an attempt to break it and recover the remaining Zionist captives held inside the Strip at the time.
On October 5, 2024, the Zionist army began implementing the plan on the ground, declaring northern Gaza, particularly Jabalia, Beit Hanoun, and Beit Lahia, a closed combat zone.

The plan consisted of two stages:
- First stage: Evacuation. The army issued evacuation orders to residents of northern Gaza, forcing approximately 300,000 Palestinians to flee within no more than one week and head south through designated corridors, under continuous bombardment and pursuit by drones.
- Second stage: Siege and starvation. The Zionist enemy imposed a suffocating siege and complete isolation on northern Gaza, cutting off all supplies of food, water, fuel, and humanitarian aid. It considered everyone who remained in the area part of the target zone, seeking to force Al-Qassam Brigades fighters and the Resistance factions to choose between “death or surrender.” It believed that this would extinguish the flame of the Resistance and achieve its objective of recovering its prisoners.

- East of Jabalia Camp: Detonating a highly explosive device against a Merkava 4 tank and targeting an evacuation force with an anti-personnel projectile near Sultan Studio.
October 8, 2024
- Al-Tawam area: Finishing off a soldier at point-blank range, then targeting the rescue force immediately upon its arrival with a “Raadiya” anti-personnel device northwest of Gaza City.
October 9, 2024
- Al-Saftawi intersection: Detonating a “Raadiya” device against a Zionist force as it attempted to booby-trap a house and activate a booby-trapped robot. A Merkava 4 tank was then targeted with a “Yassin 105” projectile as a reinforcement force advanced.
October 10, 2024
- East of Jabalia Camp: Luring an armored mechanized infantry company, consisting of 12 military vehicles and a troop transport truck, into a complex, pre-prepared ambush. A “Shawaz” device was detonated against the truck, a “Raadiya” device against a Hummer jeep, and another jeep was targeted with a “Tandem” projectile. The survivors were then finished off at point-blank range using small arms, while those fleeing toward a house were targeted with an anti-personnel device.
October 17, 2024
- West of Jabalia Camp: Targeting an advancing Zionist force with a “TBG” projectile and finishing off its members at point-blank range using appropriate weapons.
October 21, 2024
- West of Jabalia Camp: Luring an engineering force into a carefully prepared ambush and targeting two D9 military bulldozers loaded with highly destructive explosive cubes, using a “Yassin 105” projectile and a “Shawaz” device. This caused the vehicles and explosive cubes to detonate, completely destroying the advancing convoy, consisting of a tank and an armored personnel carrier, and leaving their crews dead and wounded.
October 22, 2024
- Al-Faluja area: Detonating an anti-personnel “television” device against a group of 12 officers advancing on foot, leaving them dead and wounded west of Jabalia Camp. Following the operation, the enemy acknowledged the death of the commander of the 401st Brigade and reported that others had been seriously wounded, including a battalion commander.
October 23, 2024
- Near Jabalia Camp Club: Attacking the headquarters of the Zionist military operation with a “TBG” anti-fortification projectile, engaging soldiers with medium and light machine guns, and leaving them dead and wounded. Two helicopters were observed landing to evacuate casualties. The headquarters was equipped with “Lotus” cameras with a range of 45 kilometers.

- Al-Qassasib area in Jabalia: Targeting an armored personnel carrier with a “Yassin 105” projectile, targeting a house in which 12 soldiers had fortified themselves with a “TBG” projectile, and detonating a highly explosive device against a Merkava tank to which three soldiers had fled.

- West of Jabalia Camp: Detonating a previously booby-trapped house against an advancing force near Al-Fakhoura School, leaving its members dead and wounded. The enemy acknowledged the deaths of an officer and three soldiers in the operation.

- Central Jabalia Camp: Finishing off a five-man force advancing on foot at point-blank range with machine guns and hand grenades on Al-Hawja Street.
November 12, 2024
- Northern Gaza Strip: Targeting a force of seven soldiers inside a house with a “TBG” anti-fortification projectile, then finishing them off at point-blank range with machine guns and hand grenades near Ouli al-Azm Mosque in Beit Lahia.
In a separate operation near Al-Fakhoura School, west of Jabalia Camp, a Merkava tank was targeted with a “Yassin 105” projectile. The fighters then climbed onto the tank, eliminated its crew, and seized a machine gun from it.
