@AllyR_bcds The photos you chose show youth amongst Native Americans. They also show that kids can take place in ceremonies and contributed to society.
Edward S. Curtis devoted his life to taking photos of Native Americans; he captured many photos showing faith among Native Americans. #BCDSHist8

The Outsiders is about a conflict between the Socs & greasers, but is there really a conflict? It shows how appearance doesn't matter. I also noticed how the book ended with a dot, dot, dot... isn't life always lived that way? @se4realhinton#English78
The third video implied the definition of triangle trade was a trade from Europe to Africa to the Americas, or in the opposite order, that is shaped as a triangle on a map. The main focus is what's being traded, like raw materials, manufactured goods, and slaves.#BCDSHist7
The Atlantic slave trade exported over 10 million Africans to the Americas. Slaves worked on plantations. 20% of Africans never reached land. Africa lost millions of people. Slaves had a huge impact on the world today. Slaves were treated as property, and not people. #BCDSHist7
While watching the Roots: Middle Passage video I learned the middle passage was a long brutal journey Africans took to come to the Americas. The Africans had to live in tight and very uncomfortable experiences while watching others die. Some tried to rebel, but failed.#BCDSHist7
