Aiden Beadles of South Putnam High School has been named the third-ever Colts High School Man of the Year!
The award recognizes an outstanding Indiana high school football player who exemplifies character, leadership and teamwork on and off the field. Junior and senior football lettermen were nominated by school or team administrators across Indiana, and a Colts selection panel evaluated all nominees based on their community service, academic accomplishments and football performance.
As a three-year, all-conference linebacker and team captain for South Putnam, Beadles holds the school’s single season record with 203 total tackles this year and the school’s career record with 500 tackles. He was named the 2022 Putnam County Football Player of the Year and also competes in wrestling and track, serving as a captain for both teams.
What’s more, Beadles has been a leader off the field. He serves as FFA chapter president, class treasurer, is a member of the Gridiron Digest Top 25 and still ranks in the top 10 in his class academically. He is also a regular volunteer with Greencastle’s Youth Philanthropy Committee, the Putnam County Community Foundation and the PIE Coalition at his school.
Congrats to Aiden!🙂🏈💪
An emotional family moment for @AleTostiOK. 🥹
No one in his family ever played golf, but that didn't them from supporting Tosti's golf dreams that sparked when he was six years old.
Today, he is the PGA TOUR's newest member with his family watching from back home in Argentina. #TOURBound
I’m an old (75) traditionalist. But got to tell you, never had so much fun watching/listening to ESPN doing PGA22, including M Collins and Joe Buck. New way to cover golf. Fun, relaxed, entertaining….dialogue like a bunch of my friends consuming beers and talking trash. Great!
.@TomBrady has beaten 31 of the 32 NFL teams, and he has at least a .500 record or better against all of them.
Will he beat his 32nd NFL team Sunday? 🤔
Eagles lost a great one this week. Reggie Ross was totally dedicated to his God, his family and South. When I was AD, Reggie had the idea to institute the Putnam County “Paddle”—girls’ sports traveling trophy. In fact, Reggie made the paddle (still in use today) and donated it.
